This is the process I will be using. The party is from 7-9 pm online similar to the Rocco's birthday party. Come on line, show your stuff. Email a picture of your costume and the category you want to enter in.

The Grand Prize winner will be announced by an impartial judge.
The email to mail your pictures to has changed PLEASE MAKE NOTE: In the subject line your category and your twitter name.
